Designer Builders built an addition and remodeled a portion of the existing home. The structure is a single family split-level dwelling. Included in the addition was an upsized master bedroom, master bath and a new walk-in closet. The renovation included a new laundry and mechanical room and an enlarged second bedroom. The addition was built onto the upper level of the split- level home above an enlarged insulated concrete patio, which will become a new sunroom on the lower level. Our experience with this builder was completely favorable. They honor commitments in a timely manner and do quality work. Additionally, every effort is made to include “green” building techniques whenever possible. I would not hesitate at all to employ this contractor for future work. I've used several contractors in the past, and these folks are one of the few I can completely trust.

Designer Builders designed and constructed a replacement deck for our home's rear entrance. The work was not that of a "deck builder," but of a team of skilled craftsmen. The finished product is exemplary.

Designer Builders refurbished the front of our home including all new siding, window repair, as well as adding a custom designed front entrance and porch. Also shored up old foundation issues and structural issues in the roof. Stefan and his crew were extremely easy to work with, professional and competent in all aspects of this project. Stefan is very knowledgeable in green friendly construction and that was helpful in the many decisions we had to make. As the project evolved, changes had to be made but they adapted and worked well with the architect and other contractors that were engaged to complete this rather large endeavor. We feel the result is nothing short of spectacular.
